MUNICH. Effective immediately, the Schlecker Drogeriemärkte, German health and beauty retailers, will offer their customers the product SCHLECKER Prepaid in cooperation with Telefónica O2 Germany. More than 10,000 markets make Schlecker one of the strongest sales organization in Germany. Customers are offered a very inexpensive mobile product: One call minute and one SMS message to all German networks cost 9 Cents.
The partnership with the largest German health and beauty retail chains opens up a strong and new sales channel. With more than 10,000 markets the presence of our new trading partner Schlecker is extremely high. In addition, Schlecker has a very high customer loyalty rate, says Lutz Schüler, Director Marketing and Sales, Telefónica O2 Germany. “Customers find one Schlecker market every three kilometers. While they shop, they can also recharge their mobile phone, adds Uwe Blank, Marketing Director for Schlecker.
The one-time costs for the Schlecker starter pack are 5.99 Euros. It includes a SIM card and a start balance of 1 Euro. Additional advantages for all SCHLECKER prepaid customers are: no basic fee, no minimum volume, no fixed contract period and full cost control. All domestic calls to the German fixed network and the German mobile networks cost only 9 Cents per minute; a SMS message also costs 9 Cents. The acquisition of vouchers for SCHLECKER Prepaid is possible in more than 10,000 Schlecker health and beauty retailers.
